Report an Incident

Reporting an incident does not mean filing an official complaint (see procedures).

University policy prohibits discrimination, harassment, and retaliation on the basis of any protected class (see Policy 13.02). This includes sexual misconduct, including sexual assault, dating/domestic violence, and stalking.

All administrators, faculty, and staff have the obligation to report incidents of sexual misconduct involving students to the UNI Title IX Officer or the UNI Title IX Deputy Coordinator. For more information about reporting responsibilities, please see Title IX Responsible Employees.
